Disclaimer
1. The term base of the Bank of Estonia is a bilingual (English and Estonian) set of terms. If necessary, other languages may be added.
2. As terminology may be subject to change the term base is not complete, final and always up-to-date.
3. As regards legal texts, the original text must be followed unless the translation has been confirmed by sworn translator or notary.
4. Above all the term base is for internal use in Eesti Pank, but it is also made public on the website of Eesti Pank.
5. The term base of Eesti Pank is subject to protection under copyright, and the rights provided by the Estonian Copyright Act for authors and holders of copyright must be observed in the use thereof.
6. The acquisition, reproduction and/or distribution for commercial purposes is forbidden without the consent of Eesti Pank.
7. Reproduction of the term base for educational and non-commercial purposes is permitted provided that the source is acknowledged.
8. A violation of copyright or requirements provided by the Estonian Copyright Act or other legislation regulating copyright issues will bring about liability as provided in the Estonian Copyright Act.

Kasutustingimused
1. Eesti Panga terminibaas on kakskeelne (inglise ja eesti keel) terminite kogum, kuhu võidakse vajadusel lisada veel keeli.
2. Terminibaas ei ole täielik, lõplik ja alati ajakohane, sest terminoloogia võib muutuda.
3. Õigustekstide puhul tuleb lähtuda, originaalist, kui tõlget pole kinnitanud vandetõlk või notar.
4. Terminibaas on eelkõige Eesti Panga siseseks kasutamiseks, kuid see avalikustatakse ka panga veebilehel.
5. Eesti Panga terminibaas on autoriõiguse objekt ning selle kasutamisel tuleb järgida autoriõiguse seaduses sätestatud korda.
6. Terminibaasi omandamine, trükkimine ja/või levitamine ärilistel eesmärkidel on ilma Eesti Panga nõusolekuta keelatud.
7. Terminibaasi kasutamine õppe- ja mitteärilistel eesmärkidel on lubatud, kui viidatakse algallikale.
8. Autoriõiguse seaduses ja muudes autoriõiguse küsimusi reguleerivates aktides sätestatud autoriõiguste, samuti neis sätestatud nõuete rikkumine toob kaasa vastutuse autoriõiguse seaduses sätestatud korras.
