The total remuneration paid to members of the Executive Board of Eesti Pank in 2008 was 6.049 million kroons, i.e., 1.3% less than in 2007.
The total remuneration paid to members of the Supervisory Board of Eesti Pank in 2008 was 2.268 million kroons, i.e., 5.8% less than in 2007.
In the middle of 2008 Eesti Pank changed its remuneration scheme, increasing the share of basic wages and decreasing the share of additional remuneration in the total remuneration. Thus, the remuneration of 2007 and 2008 are comparable as regards the total cost of wages, but not as regards basic wages and additional remuneration.
