§ 2 Amendment Act of the Bank of Estonia Act

§ 1 of the Bank of Estonia Act (RT I 1993, 28, 498; 30, correction notice; 1994, 30, 463; 1998, 64/65, 1006; 1999, 16, 271; 2001, 58, 353; 59, 358) shall be amended with Subsection 6 in the following wording:

"(6) Bank of Estonia and its subsidiary undertakings shall be registered in the state register of government agencies and local government agencies according to the procedure stipulated in the statute of this register."

This Act enters into force on 1 August 2002
